Delivery and Shipping

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
We currently ship within China. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping7-10 business days. This is our most economical option.

  • Expedited Shipping4-7 business days. A faster option for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible but uncommon for domestic shipments.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the total weight, and the size of your order. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on orders above a certain value – please check our website banner or announcements for current offers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

5. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including PIN code). We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical street address is required for delivery.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
Currently, we only ship within China. If we enable international shipping in the future, this section will be updated to detail the available countries, extended delivery timelines, and clarify that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Delivery Issues (Failed Delivery, Lost or Damaged Packages)

  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable), the carrier will typically leave a notice. It is your responsibility to follow their instructions for redelivery or pickup.

  • If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household or building management. If it remains missing, contact us within 48 hours.

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance if possible and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
