3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and custom-made reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:

  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Please do not ship the item back without this RA number.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
